What is a Naturopathic Practice?

Traditional Naturopaths practice and believe in the healing power of nature. This belief includes the concept that the body can heal itself of just about anything (short of amputations, etc.) if clear of toxins and given the proper nutrition, rest, mental outlook, and natural stimulation.

How does Naturopathy work?

Traditional Naturopaths deal and work with the cause using symptoms as an indication of the cause. With an understanding of the underlying physiology and working with the whole person identifying the cause and supporting the body's healing, everything will generally improve.
